Dr. OEN SOBAtku

RS Dr. OEN SOLO BARU kini hadir lebih dekat dengan masyarakat melalui aplikasi mobile Dr. OEN SOBAtku. Aplikasi ini merupakan wujud komitmen kami meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan berbasis teknologi informasi. Berbagai kemudahan dan update informasi terkini seputar RS Dr. OEN SOLO BARU dapat diakses melalui aplikasi.

Fitur utama pada aplikasi, SOBAtku dapat melakukan pendaftaran kapan pun dan dimana pun. Setelah sukses mendaftar, SOBAtku akan mendapatkan nomor antrian Poli Spesialis. SOBAtku tidak perlu lagi mengantri di counter pendaftaran atau konfirmasi melalui telepon, melainkan datang langsung menuju Poli Spesialis yang telah dipilih (khusus pasien umum). Fitur menarik lainnya sebagai berikut :

1. Melakukan pendaftaran sesuai jenis layanan yang diinginkan (Umum, Asuransi, atau JKN)

2. Notifikasi urutan nomor antrian yang terhubung langsung dengan Rumah Sakit (tidak perlu antri lama di Rumah Sakit, SOBAtku hanya perlu memantau notifikasi pada aplikasi)

3. Notifikasi hasil laboratorium, radiologi, dan pemesanan obat selesai dikerjakan

4. Informasi poli yang tersedia, nama, dan jadwal dokter

5. Berbagai update informasi seputar kegiatan Rumah Sakit

Dr. Hospital OEN SOLO BARU now comes closer to the community through Dr. mobile application OEN SOBAtku. This application is a manifestation of our commitment to improve the quality of information technology-based health services. Various facilities and updated information about Dr. Hospital OEN SOLO BARU can be accessed through the application.

The main feature of the application, SOBAtku can register anytime and anywhere. After successfully registering, SOBAtku will get a Poly Specialist queue number. SOBAtku no longer need to queue at the registration counter or confirm by telephone, but come directly to the selected Specialist Poly (especially general patients). Other interesting features are as follows:

1. Register according to the type of service desired (General, Insurance, or JKN)

2. Notification of the order of queue numbers that are connected directly to the Hospital (no need to queue for long at the Hospital, SOBAtku only needs to monitor notifications on the application)

3. Notification of laboratory results, radiology, and ordering of medicines is completed

4. Available poly information, doctor's name and schedule

5. Various updated information about Hospital activities
